Kerala Academy of Sciences, (KAS) is organizing a mega programme to celebrate the National Science Day, on the eve of 'Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav'. The programme is spread over to the entire span of the State, in 16 chosen Colleges on different dates. Stalwarts in Science, chosen regionally are the speakers, coordinated by the Vice-Presidents and the EC Members and the Members of KAS from the respective Colleges. KAS wishes to make this as a grand event, inculcating the true scientific spirit among the young minds of Kerala. I solicit the involvement, cooperation of all those who love and respect KAS and take the pride of being the member of this great and only scientific movement in the State, managed by Scientists and Technologists.

The celebration of NSD is being inaugurated formally by the Chief Secretary of Kerala, Dr V. P. Joy, followed by Key Note and Science day message by Dr. Anandharamakrishnan, Director, CSIR-NIIST, along with brief talks by 10 eminent Scientists on diverse aspects in Science at Mar Ivanios College, Trivandrum, on February 24, 2023.

Please attend and join the mission of KAS in promoting and inculcating Science and Scientific temper among the younger generation of the State.
