          ⚠️You need to be strict and harsh with yourselves at times... Becz if you will not ... you will end up caring about every shitty things  that doesnt even matter .     

           ✅We  need to take pause in our lives and understand what thing really matters us , stop giving to many fucks to things are not really important to us becz many times its not the problems ... we start over exaggerating things even if its not needed and then sympathize ourselves ....

            ☢️Indeed our focus should be on controllable things and let go of things which are not ... And let time do its work , eventually things will settle even if its feels impossible to tackle ....
