Korean Open Taekwondo 2023; Afghan athlete Ramin Amini made it to the quarter finals of the tournament

Today, the Afghanistan Taekwondo team started its competition in the open competition in South Korea. In the 54 kg weight, Ramin Amini faced a rest draw in the first round, and in the second match, he defeated his Japanese opponent in two consecutive rounds and made his way to the quarter finals.

His next opponent will be among taekwondo players from Canada, Taiwan and Egypt. Athletes from 60 countries have participated in these competitions. The competitions that are being held in the city of "Chun Chan" in South Korea.
