The romantic comedy film "Kushi," starring Vijay Deverakonda and Samantha Ruth Prabhu, experienced a decline in collections on Saturday but saw a jump in earnings on Sunday, totaling approximately Rs 11 crore across all languages.

The film's first weekend collections reached Rs 36.15 crore, although it couldn't match the impressive opening nett of Rs 15.25 crore. "Kushi" released in Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi.

On its third day, the film had a 51.46 per cent occupancy in Telugu and 46 per cent in Tamil, with afternoon shows performing the best with occupancies exceeding 63 per cent.

The movie faces a crucial test on Monday to determine its fate.

However, it faces tough competition from Shah Rukh Khan's "Jawan," directed by Atlee, which is set to release on Thursday, September 7, with solid advances in Tamil and Telugu markets.
