La Liga preview: Mallorca

Mallorca finished 9th last season, a fantastic achievement for them. They have arguably the league's meanest low block alongside one of the most prolific goalscorers in Vedat Muriqi. They have also made a number of good transfers this window. However they have lost their biggest source of creativity in Kang-In Lee, so they must find alternative ways to replace that.

Prediction: Comfortable mid-table finish.

Key player: Vedat Muriqi. 18 goal contributions in the league last season. Muriqi will have to replicate his output, feeding off lesser chances than previously. He will have new signings Cyle Larin and Tino Kadewere for support.
