A Weekend in Matheran

Last weekend, I embarked on an enchanting journey to Matheran, a hill station tucked away in the Western Ghats of India. The journey on the quaint toy train, chugging through dense forests, set the perfect tone for the adventure that awaited.

Upon reaching, I explored the charming streets of Matheran, lined with old colonial-era bungalows and tiny shops selling local handicrafts. The cool breeze and lush greenery were a welcome escape from the city's hustle and bustle.

The highlight was a trek to Panorama Point, where I witnessed a breathtaking sunrise. The panoramic view of the Sahyadri mountains was awe-inspiring. The echo point added a touch of mystery to the experience.
