Chocolate pudding-porridge🍎🫐
My go to breakfast when I don’t feel like putting efforts on meal preps!
To prepare PORRIDGE:
-50 g millet/ pata
-125 ml water
-125 ml milk
-1 scoop chocolate protein powder
-20 g cocoa powder
TOPPINGS:
-apple
-frozen blueberries+ raspberries
-unsweetened cornflakes/ granola
Instructions:
-Cook the millet/ oats in the water until it is creamy and almost all water is soaked.
-Add protein plus cocoa powder and milk and let it cook again until it is thick.
-Then turn out the heat an let it soak again for
a few minutes.
-Add toppings
