- 250 to 300ml of Milk [ Milk can be of your choice ]

- 1 Tbsp of Chia Seed
- 1 Tbsp of Pumpkin Seed
- 1 Tbsp of Flax Seed
- 1 Tbsp of Watermelon Seed
- 1 Tbsp of Sunflower Seed
- 7 Soaked and Peeled Almonds
- 2 Soaked Walnuts
- 1 Soaked Date
- 1 Soaked Fig
METHOD;
1 Take a mixer jar and add all the ingredients [ Apple + Milk + Nuts + Seeds ] grind it properly and you are good to Enjoy this Smoothie as a Evening snack.
