Healthy Chaat? Yes please! And trust me, if you are not a fan of kale - this dish will definitely change your opinion! & So unique, so light, so good! Works both as an appetizer and a tea time snack! You can prepare a big batch of the kale chips beforehand! They are so crispy and so good as is! But add all the chaat ingredients and take it to the next level!
Chaat Toppings;
- Sweet yogurt
- Chaat Masala
- Spicy green cilantro chili chutney
- Sweet date tamarind chutney
- Drizzle of lemon juice
- Fine sev
- Pomegranate arils
- Cilantro
- Raw Mango/ Kacchi Keri
Kale Chips;
1 Remove stems from kale leaves, wash it and pat completely dry. If you leave water, it won't turn crispy. Massage with olive oil, salt and pepper. Be very careful with the salt, you want to add very little so that chips don't become salty.
2 Preheat oven at 350F/ 177 C. Line a baking tray with foil paper, spread out the leaves. Bake for 15 mins!
3 Add baked kale into the glass and top it up with all the toppings mentioned above.
