Ingredients;
- Green Moong Sprouts - 1 cup
- Onion - Half medium sized
- Ginger - 2 small pos
- Garlic - 2 to 3 pods
- Green Chilli - 1
- Cottage cheese - ½ cup
- Chickpea flour - ¼ th cup
- Salt - As per taste
- Red chilly - ½ tsp
- Garam masala - ½ tsp
- Oil - for shallow frying
Procedure;
1 In a bowl add in moong sprouts, onion, ginger, garlic & green chilly Blend it without water into a coarse mixture.
2 Add in crumbled paneer with chickpea flour and all the masalas. You can add extra flour if mixture is very wet or sticky.
3 Form tikis out of the same. Shallow fry or air fry it on medium heat till crispy on both sides and well cooked from inside.
4 And enjoy it with your favorite dip.
