Ingredients For roti's;
- 10g besan
- 10g oats flour
- 10g Ragi/Jowar flour
- 10g Soy flour
- Salt
- Crushed Ajwain
Ingredients For Filling;
- Onions
- Cabbage
- Bell peppers
- Carrots
- Lettuce
- Paneer/ tofu/ eggs /Chicken
- Oil 5g
Steps to follow;
1 In a mixing bowl, mix all 4 flours and slowly add water making sure there are no lumps. Make the batter a lil thicker than chilla batter.
2 Now grease the pan with lil ghee and pour the batter and once bubbles start forming turn and cook from another side until well cooked on both the sides.
3 Sauté vegetables in the same pan for 5-10 mins. Once the vegetables are done. Switch off the flame and place the paneer cubes to slightly warm them up.
4 Now place a salad leaf on the roti and start assembling the vegetables and paneer pieces with 1 tbsp of the yoghurt dip. Make a roll and serve fresh with the Yogurt Dip.
