ON KARANJAWALA 2.0

In the years to come, I see myself as playing more the role of a mentor than a day-to-day hands-on partner, and in fact, have already acquired that role, as most of my partners run with the day-to-day cases.

I take an overall view of the firm, and step in, when I think my intervention is needed. Ours is a profession where fortunately being the owners of the firm, we can choose as to when we want to retire and how long we want to continue.

At this moment, neither Manik nor I, feel that we are anywhere close to our retirement age, and are very comfortable with the amount of work that we take on, to ensure that the firm runs successfully.                                                                                                                           (Concluded)
