The problem here is that there's no ideal definition of obscenity, and I'm solely speaking for literary works as they are a clear replica of society.
We cannot ban literary works, and as far as authenticity is concerned, literary works mostly depict whatever is real.
They address the taboos and speak of things that remain unheard or are often suppressed in the name of censorship.
Censorship is not needed actually; instead, it can be debated.
It's okay to adhere to some ideas while abandoning others; this is a choice.
But personal definitions of obscenity cannot be imposed on literary works because how else will people speak the truth and address the unsaid?
