As today it's World Heart Day, and having a healthy heart is a very important aspect for leading a good life.
Recently a young actor died because of extreme stress, therefore not taking stress and doing things which makes one happy are necessary.
Well falling in love can make you and your heart feel super happy, but it's not that easy to find someone to fall in love with or have a potential partner but then there are little things we can do in order to make our hearts happy!
- Listening to Good Songs
- Talking about your passions with someone who completely understands.
- Indulging into something you are passionate about.
- The first bite of your favourite food.
- Getting a nice warm Hug.
- Laughing uncontrollably with a good friend.
- Indulging in a yummy, sugary dessert treat.
- Taking a hot bubble bath after a long day.
- Watching your favorite movie or TV show with a friend.
- Just spending time with your own self, or probably doing nothing, and just relaxing.
- Napping during the day especially on a weekend.
- Taking the first sip of water after being exhausted.
- Closing your eyes after a long long day.
- Feeling at Peace with your own self and your life.
- Experiencing something that reminds you of childhood.
- Dipping your toes into cool water.
- Being in the arms of a parent.
- Feeling sand between your toes.
- Looking at the Stars.
- Getting a Massage
- Putting on warm, fuzzy slippers and a sweater on a cold day.
- Singing at top of your lungs, or dancing like nobody is watching.
- Waking up energized and refreshed.
- Receiving an unexpected gift from someone.
- Feeling the warm sun on your skin.
- Listening the sound of a baby's laughter.
- Rolling over to check your alarm and realising you still have two more hours of sleep.
Well these are just few simple things which makes our heart happy. I'm sure there are so many more things one can do to make themselves and their hearts happy!
