According to reputable sources, Russian Wagner mercenaries have made a growing presence in Venezuela.

Putin has been quickly allying himself more closely with world leaders over the past year, including the likes of China’s President Xi Jinping, North Korea’s Kim Jong Un, Brazil’s Lula De Silva, and now Venezuela’s Nicholas Maduro.
