Do you want energy drinks after you hit the gym, then make your next energy drink at home. It is super simple and it takes only less time than going to the store to grab an energy drink.
The fresh mint and ginger kicks up the energy drink and it takes it to the next level. The drink packs the energy in this energy drink.
INGREDIENTS
• 33.8 oz carton unsweetened Coconut Water
• 2- B100 Complex Capsules
• 2 lemons, juiced
• 2 limes, juiced
• 2 oranges, juiced
• 2 tbls fresh grated ginger
• 2-4 tbls agave syrup
• couple sprigs of mint
• 1 cup water
INSTRUCTIONS
• In a 3 quart pitcher, add in coconut water and fruit juices. Open up the B100 capsules and add in the contents of the capsules to the juice (throw away the gelatin outer coating of the capsule). Add in water, ginger, mint, and agave syrup. Stir them well to combine. Taste and adjust the sweetness as per your taste with agave syrup if needed.
• Serve with ice. Store the leftovers in the fridge, if there are any leftovers.
