Malana has existed since ancient times .It is situated on the banks of malana river in the province of Himachal Pradesh.The estimated population of this village is approximately 2000 people.The people living in this mystic valley believe that they are superior than outsiders and can't be contaminated by touch.The legend is that they are the descendants of a bunch of Alexanders army.They are the worshipper of Jamlu dev.The village follows no other rules and is a tiny democracy in itself , possibly the oldest in world.The famous thing about malana is its hasish also known as Malana cream.
