The first three positions are still with Services, Haryana and Maharashtra just like at the end of play on 5th October. Tamil Nadu and UP are still at 4th and 5th. Karnataka has climbed up one spot and Punjab moves down to 7th. Kerala has also moved up one position and Manipur has gone down one. West Bengal still remains at 10th.
