Mercedes-Benz has unveiled the sleek new CLE class, available in both coupe and cabriolet styles.
This launch is part of the company's strategy to strengthen its lineup of internal combustion engine vehicles while increasing investment in electric models.
The CLE features classic Mercedes design elements, borrowing cues from the outgoing E-Class coupe and cabriolet.
Inside, it offers a spacious 2+2 layout, with
integrated headrests, heating, and lumbar support in the front seats.
The dashboard design is based on the latest C-Class, featuring a 12.3-inch instrument display and an 11.9-inch portrait-style infotainment screen.
The CLE's engine options include four- and six-cylinder petrol and diesel engines, with rear- or four-wheel drive.
A mild-hybrid system provides additional power during acceleration. The CLE is built on the MRA platform, sharing underpinnings with the C-Class and upcoming E-Class.
Stay tuned for potential high-performance AMG versions and the release of the CLE convertible.
While there are no immediate plans for an India launch, Mercedes-Benz may introduce the CLE in the country in the future.
