Meta Platforms sets new horizons to reach with its focus shifted towards developing a superior artificial intelligence system. The corporation aims at launching this state-of-the-art AI model by next year been a successor that pacifies, if not surpass its existing commercial version known as Llama 2.
The Legacy of Llama 2
Launched in July, Llama 2 mirrors Meta Platforms’ prowess in the domain of open source AI language models. Championed by Microsoft’s cloud Azure services, Llama 2 posed a stiff competition to OpenAI’s ChatGPT and Google’s Bard. However, in the face of rapid technological growth, endeavors to constantly updated and upgrade have become the need of the hour.
The upcoming AI system, albeit under discussion and subject to modifications, aims at aiding various organizations with tools for sophisticated text generation, insightful analysis, and several other outputs.
