Niyamas
Niyamas are the virtuous habits one must have to achieve spritual peace. These are the part of ashtanga yoga.
These include
1. Keeping a clear mind free from impure thoughts, speech or actions. (shaucha)
2. Have contentment and acceptance for others. (santosha)
3. Have perseverance and self discipline (tapas)
4. Introspect your thoughts and actions and improve on them (svadhyaya)
5. Belief in god and self (ishvaraparindhana)
