Morocco’s Yassine Bounou made three crucial saves in the penalty shootout against Spain in the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 round of 16 match, at the Education City Stadium. 

A heroic performance by Bounou and three goals from the spot by the Atlas Lions helped Morocco beat the Spaniards 3-0 to qualify for the quarterfinals. It will play the winner of Portugal vs Switzerland next.
