A perfect tiffin idea! These mushroom roti wraps are so easy to make and extremely delicious.
- 1/2-3/4th packet mushrooms diced
- 1 large onion
- 2 tsp garlic chopped
- 2 tsp oil + little butter
- 1 tbsp oats or almond flour or all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2-3 tbsp cheese grated
- Salt n pepper to taste
- Little Tabasco or any hot sauce
- 1 tsp pizza seasonings, 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
1 Heat a pan, start to sauté garlic and add onion, once it starts to turn brown cook mushrooms. Once mushrooms are cooked really well add salt, pepper all spices and flour of choice. Cook for 2 minutes.
2 Now add milk and cook stirring continuously, once it starts to thicken add cheese and cook further the mix should become thick. Note it will thicken more in cooling, make sure it's thick or else the wrap will be soggy.
For the wrap;
- Schezwan sauce
- Some cheese grated
The filling;
- Some rotis
1 Let the mix cool completely, spread some Schezwan sauce on the roti, put filling, the cheese.
2 Wrap and cook on tawa with some oil until it becomes crispy on both sides.
