My Arsenal Player of the Season 2022/23

How poetic would it be, if Arsenal’s best player, in a title challenging team, was to be an academy player, with the right mindset, attitude, mentality, who stands for everything the club does? No need to imagine.

Arsenal have had some brilliant performers, all over the pitch, but Bukayo Saka tops the list, and is my player of the season.

At just 21 years of age, spearheading Arsenal to a serious title challenge, coming up with essential goals & being the difference maker so often for the Gunners.

Key goals vs Man United, Liverpool, Man City, epitomises not only a big game phenomenon, but also an incredibly consistent player, to a very high level.

A player who thrives dealing with adversities, with combination play, in the big moments, a fantastic adapter & learner who’s comfortable in most phases of the game.

A double double goal & assist campaign, a new contract which is exciting for Arsenal fans, and even more so, an intriguing prospect of what the Englishman can continue developing into.
