This is Kendra, who is a sweet and kind young lady. I met her 8 years ago as a scholar-athlete at the Washington Nationals Youth Baseball Academy. She has matured into an amazing person. Her mother and I are very close and I thoroughly enjoy spending time with Kendra.

I have mentored her for 8 years and even since she graduated from the Academy, we still have Katina/Kendra days of fun! I hope anyone reading this will consider mentoring a young person. It helps them make better judgements in the future and allows you to have fun at the same time!
