These spicy roasted potatoes made with chili powder and other seasonings are a slight variation to standard home fries . I make these spicy potatoes for breakfast , lunch and dinner and my family loves them ! Let's make them !
Ingredients ;
- boiled potatoes
- Red chilli powder
- Turmeric powder
- coriander powder
- salt
- cumin seeds
Steps ;
1 Place pan on medium heat add cumin seeds once you see them popping add all the spices together and let it simmer for 2 minutes .
2 Add boiled potato and sir well add approximately 6 tsp of water , cover it and cook it for another 3-4 minutes garnish with fresh coriander .
3 It's ready ! Enjoy !
You can eat this with anything you want ! The best part ? Potatoes are a good source of fiber , which can help you lose weight by keeping you full longer !
