Need an easy meal plan for the week? I got you!
I'll be the first to admit that I do NOT like meal planning. But without a meal plan I would 100% not hit my nutrition goals each week!
I also would eat take out for dinner a LOT more often because trying to figure out what to eat for dinner after a long day... NO THANK YOU!
Meal planning is VITAL for you to be successful with your nutrition goals!
Which is why you need a meal planning system that is simple and works for your nutritional needs, schedule, and family.
Breakfast
Option 1:
Greek yogurt bowl with pumpkin seeds, peanut butter, cinnamon, banana, and shredded coconut.
Option 2:
Smoothie with avocado, banana, spinach, chocolate protein powder, cacao powder, and ground flax seed.
Lunch
Option 1:
Italian sausage & lentil soup with kale, carrots, & celery (Pinterest has awesome recipes for this).
Option 2:
Buffalo chicken wrap with homemade greek yogurt ranch and broccoli sprouts + mixed greens and tomato salad.
Dinner
Option 1:
Ground turkey, sweet potato, and black bean skillet with broccoli and bell peppers
Option 2:
Pesto salmon with chickpea pasta + roasted cauliflower, garlic, and onions
Option 3:
Beef burgers with mashed avocado + sweet potato fries and roasted shredded brussel sprouts
You don't have to plan a different meal for everyday (unless you really want to). The best way to stay consistent it to keep it simple!
