The Supreme Court has also ordered the appointment of Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba (@DeubaSherbdr) as the prime minister of Nepal within 2 days.

President Bidya Devi Bhandari had dissolved the House of parliament on May 21 based on the then Prime Minister KP Oli's recommendation.


In accordance with the ruling of Supreme Court of Nepal, the Cabinet meeting headed by new PM Sher Bahadur Deuba recommends President Bidya D. Bhandari to call a meeting of the reinstated House of Representatives on July 18.
