The Sri Ram Janmabhoomi Tirath Kshetra Trust has unveiled mesmerizing images of the ongoing construction of the Ram temple in Ayodhya, bathed in night light, ahead of its consecration ceremony on January 22. The pictures showcase the sculpture of Jatayu and intricately carved deities on temple walls, offering a glimpse of the exquisite craftsmanship.
Champat Rai, the trust's general secretary, previously shared photos of the sanctum-sanctorum, where the idol of Ram Lalla will be placed during the consecration. The three-storied shrine, constructed in the traditional Nagara style, spans 380 feet in length, 250 feet in width, and 161 feet in height, adorned with 392 pillars and 44 doors. The entrance gate features idols of elephants, lions, Lord Hanuman, Garuda, and more.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to attend the inauguration and perform rituals at the Ram Temple, with over 7,000 guests, including 3,000 VVIPs, expected to join the momentous occasion.
