On December 4th, Adriano “Bubba” Almony received one of the Nation’s highest civilian honors a Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award 🏅 from President Joe Biden and special Congressional recognition from Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee! This is a National White House award and the President’s highest level of volunteer service award! Bubba was the first honoree to be called to grace the stage and became the first Bodyguard in American 🇺🇸 history to receive this high prestigious honor! Bubba’s autographed worn dress shoes will also now be on display at the Muhammad Ali mobile archives museum! Also honored was Dr. Khalilah Camacho-Ali, Karlie Redd from Love & Hip Hop Atlanta, “The Greatest” Muhammad Ali posthumous award and Dr. Sheila L. Chamberlain. Miss Houston 2022 Samantha Havenstrite and Dr. Sonia White certified PVSA presenter presented the awards.
