Technology isn't a new thing. There is no difference between the technology used to build a violin and the technology used to build a computer and use it as a musical instrument because technology has always been at the heart of music. Every now and then, someone comes up with a revolutionary idea as music shifts, evolves, and changes. Although we don't yet understand what that is, we will undoubtedly understand it once we experience it or when it moves us.

Imagine if we stopped using pianos and violins because "nobody is making real music anymore, they just use these stoney woody things to create sounds." That's called evolving and making advancements and we as a society have always done that.
