INGREDIENTS:
For Custard Mix:
2 Tbsp. Custard Powder
3 Tbsp. Milk ๐ฅ
For making Custard:
1 Cup Milk ๐ฅ
2 Tbsp. Sugar
1/4 tsp Vanilla Essence
For Tricolour Trifle Serving:
Kiwi, chopped๐ฅ
Banana, chopped ๐
Orange, chopped๐
Cream
METHOD:
Step 1 : Mix cold milk with custard powder separately in a bowl and keep aside.
Step 2 :Put milk on stove and boil it well with the required quantity of sugar.
Step 3 : After little boiling add the Custard Mix on slow stirring so that lumps do not form.
Step 4 :Stir and cook well for about 5-10 minutes until it thickens.
Step 5 :Add vanilla essence for fragrance.
Step 6 :Bring to simmer and pour the custard in a bowl and let it cool till room temperature.
For serving:
Step 1 :Finely chop fruits like Kiwi, Bananas and Orange.
Step 2 : In a serving glass, place the kiwi fruit at the bottom and pour some custard over it.
Step 3 :Then add bananas in the middle topped again with custard.
Step 4 :On the top place the orange pieces.
Step 5 :Pipe out the thick cream on it and refrigerate for some time.
Step 6 : Serve this beautiful trifle cold.
