On Thursday, the newly constructed Ramaiah Sports Stadium was inaugurated by Sadhvi Niranjan Jyoti, the Minister of state, ministry of consumer affairs, food & public distribution and rural development.

The stadium, equipped with a visitor gallery, dug outs, changing room and dining room will be used for athletics and various other outdoor sports, cricket in particular. The NSI, being an institute of global recognition, is required to have all basic infrastructural facilities for all around personality development of the students.
