Masks, sanitizers, gloves- little did we think, a year ago, that purchasing these simple items would become the most important thing in our 2020 to-do-lists. At this very second, the coronavirus has confined all of us everywhere, within the four walls of our homes.
From sleeping late to waking up almost after 2 pm, I had ruined my routine.
Binge watching series day and night was the only thing I could do!
Cooking was the most productive thing I have done during my quarantine days; I should say that I have learned a lot. I tried making everything I couldn’t even think of, ‘DALGONA COFFEE WAS MY FAVOURITE’!!
During lockdown. We had RAMADAN, everybody was at home and I must say that the RAMADAN time was the best. I first time in my life have fasted whole month, and I’m so proud of that because I was at home, Praying to Allah all day night.
But not everything happened was in our favour, I lost my 20 years old cousin, who was my best friend, may Allah Grant her JANNAH, AMEEN! I was totally shattered, even my whole family was and still they are, I would be lying if I say I have no tears in my eyes while writing of her. Iloveyou MADIHA.
Pandemic have taught us a lot, Value of life, valve of time and value of money.
Staying home 24/7 without being productive was tough, at times I was I was irritated, upset without any reason.
I was away from my friends, my relatives, and everyone close to me really bothered me.
But thankfully, we have learned to value things, started focusing on people who really matters, started to develop my interests and hobbies.
