Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha are good to go in Delhi on Saturday. The preparations for the wedding have been going on for some time. Parineet and Raghav's relationship was quiet till they were spotted together at IPL matches and moreover, the Aam Aadmi Party pioneer talked about them through virtual entertainment.
On May 13, they tied the knot at Kapurthala House in Delhi's Connaught Place. A video of the Kapurthala house has also circulated online where a couple of workers are seen outside the premises distributing pressed wood and other styles. The Kapurthala house is now the residence of the leading representative of Punjab and the chief priest throughout the city. It was last occupied by Maharaja Paramjit Singh of Kapurthala. In 1950, he sold it to a businessman named Radheshyam Makhanlal Seksaria, but it was later repossessed by the Indian government.
Parineeti's Mumbai house was also alive with lights on Friday.
According to reports, the service will begin at 5:00 p.m. with the recitation of Sukhmani Sahib from the Sikh heavenly book Master Granth Sahib, followed by the "ardas" or blessed prayer. According to reports, Parineeti's engagement ceremony would be attended by around 150 close friends and family members. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, his Punjabi counterpart Bhagwant Mann, designer Manish Malhotra, Karan Johar and Sania Mirza are expected to attend the engagement.
Their wedding date has not been officially announced, but it is expected to fall before the end of the year. Parineeti and Raghav's relationship is poorly documented; the thing that all his fans want to know about.
Raghav opted for a minimalistic achka styled by Pawan Sachdeva, while Parineeti wears a Manish Malhotra ensemble. Their evening wear is color matched.
