Paris Saint-Germain has not forgotten any of the victims of the tragedy that befell the city of Paris and its inhabitants. A sombre tribute will be paid prior to the match, with a message from the club read by Michel Montana followed by a minute's silence.
During the match, the Paris Saint-Germain players will wear a badge on their sleeve that has been specially-designed for this homage, along with a logo appealing for peace, which will also be displayed on the professional team's official bus from Friday.
In 2015, the French capital club paid homage to the victims with two special shirts displaying the slogan "Je suis Paris", which were worn by the players for two matches in winter 2015.
Within the framework of the operation run by the Ligue de Football Professionnel, this match is an opportunity for the club to support Bleuet de France, a charity that helps wounded veterans and their families as well as widows, orphans and victims of terrorist attacks. A range of content will be shared on the club's social media throughout the weekend, a film will be shown before the match on Sunday, and the players' shirts will be embroidered with the charity's cornflower symbol.
