Scores of passengers at Delhi's Indira Gandhi International Airport voiced their frustration with domestic carrier IndiGo after their flight to Jharkhand's Deoghar was allegedly canceled. In a video, passengers can be heard chanting "band karo, band karo" (stop it).

Over 10 flights were canceled, and more than 50 were delayed due to dense fog and bad weather. IndiGo had issued an advisory about potential flight disruptions in Delhi, Srinagar, and Chandigarh due to inclement weather. The airline recently faced a Rs 1.2 crore fine for five violations, including passengers eating on the tarmac, violating apron discipline. DGCA termed it a safety risk, imposing the highest penalty on an airline in recent times.
