INGREDIENTS
1. 1 cup rice flour (fine)
2. 1¼ cup water
3. 1 tsp coconut oil
4. ½ tsp salt
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a tawa dry roast 1 cup rice flour on low to medium flame for 5 minutes.
2. Take 1¼ cup water in a kadai and add 1 tsp coconut oil and ½ tsp salt.
3. Once the water is boiled add roasted rice flour.
4. Mix continuously until the dough is formed.
5. Turn off the flame, cover the dough and keep it rest for 5 minutes.
6. Pinch a ball sized dough and dust it with rice flour slightly and make a thin roll it.
7. Cut the pathiri to round shape to seal any broken edges.
8. Heat non stick tawa to medium heat and place rolled pathiri.
9.cook for 30 seconds on low to medium flame on both sidest.
10. press gently puffing up the pathiri.
11. Serve the pathiri dipped in coconut milk or with curry or chutney
