Peanut butter cup oats🤤🤤
Ingredients:
40 g rolled oats
5 g chia seeds
1/2 mashed banana
1 heaped Tbs cocoa powder
1 heaped Tbs protein powder
1 heaped Tbs yogurt
monk fruit sweetener to taste
Toppings:
1/2 sliced banana peanut butter peanut butter cup chocolate chips
Method:
1. Add oats, chia seeds, mashed banana, and water to a microwave safe bowl and heat for 2 minutes.
2. Add protein, cocoa, sweetener, and yogurt then microwave another minute and 1/2.
3. Add oats to the new bowl and top how you please.❤
