Mehbooba Mufti, the former chief minister of Jammu and Kashmir and leader of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP),  along with his colleagues, is releasing the manifesto of the party for the upcoming Legislative Assembly elections in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, on August 24, 2024. The elections to the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly are being held after a gap of 10 years in three phases on September 18, September 25, and October 1.
