If you want to cycle on a daily basis, you need to eat the right food. Foods such as rice, dal, eggs, butter, ghee, and vegetables are mainly beetroot, which are recovery food. As you mist have noticed, non vegetarian items like meat were not a part of this diet because all they require is a simple vegetarian meal.
