INGREDIENTS ;
- 1 cup chopped pineapple
- 1 cup boiled sprouts
- 1 chopped cucumber
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander
- 2 spring onions leaf ( can add onions also)
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
CHILLI DRESSING ;
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 2 tbsp of orange juice
- 1 tbsp of sesame oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Zest of lemon
- 1/2 tsp of powdered sugar
Steps to follow ;
1 In a bowl take all the ingredients . Give it a good mix .
2 Mix all the ingredients for dressing and add it to the salad . Give it a good mix .
