ratios will fluctuate, but as a general rule of thumb, it's
recommended to get around:

* 45-65% of calories from carbs
*20-35% of calories from fats
{10-35% of calories from proteins

Everyone has different needs, so it's important to listen

generally a good idea to get some of each macro in every meal!
