sample diet plan with Indian foods.
1 Empty stomach - Take 1 teaspoon ajwain dana and saunf and soak them in one glass of water overnight. Warm and Strain the water in the morning. + 7-8 soaked almonds + 3-4 walnuts.
• Breakfast- 2 paneer parantha with 1 bowl curd.
2 Mid meal - bowl of mixed fruits with coconut water.
3 Lunch - 1 bowl rajma or daal + 1 bowl mix vegetables + 2 besan roti + salad.
4Evening snacks 1 - 1 glass milk without sugar + 1 aliv seeds laddoo.
5 Evening snacks 2 - chia seeds water. (30 mins before dinner).
6 Dinner - 1 bowl vegetables vegetable khichdi (add lots of veggies) (add oats and quinoa) + salad.

1 Any food can be accommodated in your diet plan as long as it fits your daily calorie and macro budget.
2 Try sticking to your local foods, home foods most of the time.
3 Fats, carbs, proteins, fruits and veggies all have a purpose in our body.. never neglect a food group completely.
4 Drink 3-4 It water. Keep yourself hydrated!
