Promo run for forthcoming Tuffman Jaipur 10K run takes place

over 400 runners, representing different running groups of Jaipur, corporate houses, CISF and trainees of United Football Club, participated in the 5 km promo run on Sunday.

Jaipur: In a run-up to India's premier sports endurance company Tuffman's signature run – Tuffman Jaipur 10K run, scheduled for January 8, 2023 – over 400 runners representing the Pink City's different running groups, corporate houses, trainees of Jaipur's iconic United Football Club and jawans of CISF along with their commanding officer participated in a promo run held in Jaipur on Sunday.

Jaipur's top running enthusiasts participated in a 5km promo run, started from the fields of United Football Club and the runners took laps at the Ram Niwas Bagh, Albert Hall area.

The Pink city's prominent endurance sports groups, whose members participated in the promo run were Jaipur Road Runners, Jaipur Running Club, Pink City Runners, Joshilay Runners, Royal Rajasthan Runners and Cyclo Shot Tribe.

The promo run was flagged off by Mahipal Swami, secretary United Football Club, Jaipur, and Ravinder Goyal. 

"For the last couple of years we were planning to host a run in Rajasthan, but because of the pandemic it got delayed. Finally, we have been able to include the Jaipur signature 10k run in our calendar," said Sanjay Mangla, founder Tuffman. "We are really excited with today's response at the promo run. We are hopeful that the 10k signature run will going to be a great success."

The country’s top running enthusiasts from all walks of life are expected to participate in the inaugural edition of the Tuffman Jaipur 10k run to be held in the first-half of January next year.

Apart from open category, there will be age categories too in the 10k run.

Tuffman, is one of the India's leading sports endurance company and they have organised various runs, including Ultramarathons, pan-India.
