yes we have to follow this because in today’s generation people focused on food only but they don’t understand the value of this food even they don’t know which is healthy for us. Many children does not like fruits, juices. Very few people eats nutritious food at this time.
Adults do over eating of fast foods like burger, chola bhatura etc but if someone gave us a delicious nutritious traditional dish it would be denied by us. We have to maintain our physical/mental health because “health is wealth”.
One of the primary benefits of safe and healthy living due to legislation is improved physical health. Laws like the Clean Air Act and the Safe Drinking Water Act regulate the quality of the air we breathe and the water we drink. In addition, regulations regarding food safety ensure that consumers can consume safe and healthy food without the fear of contamination. These laws significantly reduce the risk of illness and disease caused by environmental contaminants and provide a safer environment for individuals to thrive.
Mental health is another area where legislation has helped individuals to lead a healthier life. The Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act require health insurance providers to offer the same level of coverage for mental illnesses as they do for physical ailments.
We have to avoid over eating of fast food, avoid refined oil and reused oils because it cause fat. It is a reason of heart attack. We should exercise at least regularly. Eat freshly food items, fruits, or real juices. Drink milk. Water is essential component of body. The amount of water should be more than that of food. We have to drink water 5/7 glasses daily.
If we will care our health then we will be able to focus on our everything. We can achieve any things. health deterioration can lead to negativity, anxiety, stress, etc.
