1. To prepare the nutritious bhel - first make the masala puffed rice, for that heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan.
2. Add the cumin seeds, hing, haldi, chop a bit of green chilli (avoid red chilli powder) and puffed rice and cook for 1 minute.
3. Remove the cooked puffed rice in a bowl and allow it to cool completely. If you use them while they are still hot, the kurmura will lose their crunch and turn soggy.
4. Then add the fresh coriander, onion tomato, lots of boiled corn, boiled potato, peanuts.
5. Add sprouts as much you want.
6. Add very small small pieces of cootage chesse.
(To make it more proteinaceous - you can add egg boil cutting into fine pieces or making it tastier you can also consider having egg fry)
5. Drizzle lemon juice for that tanginess. Add salt and your low calorie healthy bhel recipe is ready.
