The International Space Station was orbiting 409 kilometres above Earth when the American space agency NASA captured satellite photographs of Egypt.
Anyone will be captivated by these sights. The agency published pictures from three different parts of the world, one of which shows the pyramids of Egypt.
The space agency posted the pictures on Instagram.
"What the world needs now. Views of Earth are captured from the unique vantage point of the International Space Station (@ISS) as it orbited about 254 miles (409 km) above. Astronaut Koichi Wakata of the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (@JAXAjp) was the photographer behind the lens," they wrote in the caption.
