Ravioli in Mushroom Spinach Sauce
Ingredients:For Ravioli Dough:
1 egg
100g flour
Pinch of salt
1 tsp butter
For Ravioli Filling:
3-4 cloves garlic, chopped
Chopped spinach
Pinch of salt
50g cream cheese
For Ravioli Sauce:
1 tbsp butter
4-5 cloves garlic
1 onion
Fresh parsley leaves
8-10 mushrooms, roughly chopped
Spinach
Milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Basil leaves
Instructions:
1. repare Ravioli Dough: Crack egg in the center of flour, whisk together. Add salt and 1 tsp butter, combine into a tight dough. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
2. ake Ravioli Filling: In a pan, sauté chopped garlic, spinach, and salt for 2 minutes. Combine the cooled mixture with cream cheese.
3. repare Ravioli Sauce: In a pan, sauté butter, garlic, onion, parsley, and sauce. Add mushrooms, caramelize, then add spinach, milk, salt, and pepper. Cool, add basil, grind into a puree, adjust consistency with water, and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
4. assemble and Cook Ravioli: Roll out dough into a thin sheet, cut into heart shapes. Pipe spinach and cream cheese filling on one heart, cover with another, press, and seal with a fork. Boil ravioli for 4 minutes until they float.
5. Serve: Add ravioli to the sauce. Garnish with roasted walnuts, basil, and a drizzle of chili oil and enjoyyy! 🫶
