• Much like the beautiful name komal, the drink includes several delicious ingredients which come together to create a wonderful flavour of the drink.
• Ingredients of Komal - Gujarati Chaas:
1 Cup Dahi
1 cup Coconut Milk
2 tsp Freshly chopped coriander leaves
2 Slited green chillies
2-3 Curry Leaves
2 tsp Oil
One pinch hing
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
Salt and sugar to taste
• How to Make Komal - Gujarati Chaas:
1. Take dahi, coconut milk, coriander leaves, green chillies in a bowl, with some water and blend with hand blender. Keep aside.
2. Heat oil in a pan and add jeera, hing, and curry leaves. Let it splutter.
3. Add the tadka to the drink and serve. You can take out the chillies before serving.
